Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of the product, your item can't be returned. Certain products such as personalised products or personal care (beauty) cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you aren't happy with the product or it has arrived damaged and you want your money back then send us a email at to notify us about your concerns. Once we've received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Damaged Goods 

Inspect your order upon arrival and make sure you're happy with your product, if you have received a faulty item or the wrong item then be sure to send us photographic evidence so that we can take action and review this case and deal with the issue at hand and resolve it in the best way possible. Also, make sure you contact us with immediate effect so that the situation can be handled correctly. 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item the most efficient way is to return the item you have got, once we have approved the exchange, place another order for the new item. Any exchanges contact us at
